Shantanu is punctual and disciplined. He keeps me informed even if he is a few minutes delayed. He has good behaviour and attitude, is well-trained, and handles the patient well.

Kirti is good for everything. She does all the work and takes care of the patient. She is smart. Overall it was a good experience with Kirti.

Guddi (caretaker) has nice behaviour. She is very cooperative and well-disciplined. She takes care of the child very well. Not only this, but she has a good bond with other family members also. She completes her work satisfactorily. Overall, I am happy with her daily work.

Chain Singh provides good service, he is helpful and takes his job responsibilities seriously. He made good friends with my dad and he is taking care of him well. He is a smart, nice and caring person. He helps out when asked. Overall, we are happy with his services.

We have been taking services of Seva At Home for the past 3 months for my grandmother and currently, your home care provider Arti is serving her duty. Arti’s job is outstanding. She is so supportive and also my grandma enjoys her company. She’s very much flexible according to the family environment. She’s simply brilliant and outstanding.

My mother, Neelam Goyal, is suffering from dementia and paralysis. I got in contact with Seva At Home around 7 months back and they sent profiles of caretakers available with them. At present, Asha ji is taking good care of my mother. The staff of Seva At Home are helpful and proactive. Pradeep is the best person I can get for my father as a caretaker. He is obviously the best at taking care, and he is smart too as seen by how he reacts to many unforeseen situations and quickly takes decisions accordingly. It is hard to find a person who is passionate about his work and I can tell you that Pradeep is one who is. He does many things which I don't even ask for, yet it is for my father's benefit—that shows that he really cares about my father. My complete family is happy with him. Another major point is that I trust him, which is very important. I know even in my absence, my house is safe. He gets along with people because of his caring nature. I would like to say thanks for giving me this service and for having employees like Pradeep.

Seva At Home provides excellent service. They are always in touch, making sure that the nursing assistant is doing her job properly. They respond to queries and complaints instantly. The nurse is hardworking and cares for the patient just like a family member would. She is punctual and sincere. She is cheerful and always smiling, which makes the patient happy.
